OFC-H

SOFC Materials test cell

fuel cell test system

Change the way you look at SOFC material testing !

Up to now, building the coin, with anode, electrolyte and cathode was just the first part of the problem, with the need of a cell around it to finalize the test.

The OFC-H cell provides all the needed seals, contacts and gas flow to make the coin fully working.

The system can use samples up to one inch diameter and has spring loaded contacts on both sides of the coin to insure an optimum and reliable contact.

With a maximum working temperature of 1000 C°, and a well confined anode gas path to keep the hydrogen handling safe, the cell is covering a wide field of applications, including those requiring a chemical potential across the sample. The measuring head is wired to stand the current needed for a full real-life loading and the water cooled plate allows long  stability testing cycleAll the parts are not glued together by the use and are fully reusable.
